Our work is rooted in real experience, not theory. We’ve been the new agent trying to find footing. We’ve been the experienced professional juggling growth, clients, and burnout. We’ve built businesses from the ground up and learned, sometimes the hard way, that consistency doesn’t come from motivation — it comes from systems.
At its core, TFC exists to bring clarity, organization, and repeatable momentum to businesses that are ready to operate with intention.
A Little About Me
Before The Follow Up Collective, I spent over 20 years as a pastry chef, working in an industry where precision, timing, and systems aren’t optional — they’re survival. That foundation shaped how I think about work: processes matter, preparation matters, and consistency beats chaos every time.
From there, I moved into construction and real estate, building and operating two successful businesses along the way. I’ve worked inside large brokerages and small teams, worn every hat, and seen firsthand where things break down when follow-up, organization, and visibility aren’t intentional.
I’ve also seen what happens when they are.
The common thread across every industry I’ve worked in is simple: talent alone doesn’t scale. Systems do.
